The most commonly encountered support issues are related to candidate profiles in our TD Opportunities system, or issues navigating that site. You’ll note that you are currently on our Careers website at jobs.td.com. To navigate to our TD Opportunities site (at sjobs.brassring.com), click on the ‘Login’ menu item.

I have forgotten my password or the ID I registered with and I do not remember the answers to my security questions.

From the TD Opportunities profile / login page, click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link to request the information you require. You will be asked to verify your identity in one of two ways: you can either have a 6-digit numeric passcode sent to your email address, or you can answer your configured security questions.

Check that the email address where the above verification will be sent is as you expect – issues are sometimes a simple typo in the contact email address in your profile. If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk mail folder in case the email was moved there.

Please note that passwords and answers to your security questions are case-sensitive. If you still experience issues, please email us at: TD.TDOpportunitiesTechSupport@td.com and please provide your best answers to your security questions as well as your home address and phone number for verification.
