The night was full of celebration for industry leaders in the HR profession, hosted by HRD Magazine and HRM Online.

There were 5 other nominees in this category but TD took home the prize for their Pipeline Talent Development Strategy!

And The Talent Management Award by Chief Learning Officer goes to…

The Leadership Development & Talent Management Team also won Gold in the Talent Management category at the Chief Learning Officer Symposium. The symposium, which took place on September 27th in Arizona, is designed to advance the practice of learning and development, and increase its value in the broader areas of talent management.
