On September 15th TD’s Leadership Development & Talent Management (LDTM) Team was delighted to accept the award for the Best Talent Management Strategy, looking their best at the Canadian HR Awards. The night was full of celebration for industry leaders in the HR profession, hosted by HRD Magazine and HRM Online.
There were 5 other nominees in this category but TD took home the prize for their Pipeline Talent Development Strategy!
